Sales Representative

Role:
As a Sales Representative you will be the principal point of contact between a business and its customers.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:- Identify opportunities and win new clients in accordance with the objectives set by the brands
- Conduct regular developmental discussions with clients to track the achievement of sales targets and identify possible development activities (training, consultancy and development interventions, further activation, etc.)
- Sell products & services to decision makers within stores by showing them the benefit & potential
- Have specific clients’ accountability and will lead the commercial relation
- Budget and promotional plan management
- Continuous training and guidance the merchandisers team
Qualifications required:- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in beauty and/or FMCG sector
- Computer skills and systems literacy
- Fluent in English language (oral & written)
