Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
• Lead, motivate, train, and support bartenders and service team members
• Organize staff schedules according to operational needs and business demands
• Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service in line with company standards
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain excellent knowledge of all beverages, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout the bar area
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented working environment
• Support the achievement of operational goals and service excellence standards
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar supervisory bar role
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field will be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of English. Greek or any additional language will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good computer literacy
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and support team members
• Strong problem-solving and guest handling abilities
