As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser (VM) who is passionate about luxury fashion. If you want to become a member of the KALOGIROU team and apply your passion for the job, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the flawless execution of the brand’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines across all stores.
- Partner closely with Store Managers to align visual merchandising with commercial objectives, including sales performance, new launches, and seasonal collections.
- Implement product presentation and styling in accordance with brand guidelines, and business strategy.
- Conduct regular store visits to uphold the highest standards of visual excellence and brand consistency.
- Capture high-quality visual documentation of store displays and prepare detailed monthly reports, as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in product presentation and store execution.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven capability to work independently while proactively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
