Technical Manager & Head of Service (Premium Home Appliances) (6102/TM&HS/ESS/GR)
This role is responsible for the overall technical and service operation, ensuring exceptional after-sales experience aligned with a premium brand positioning. This role is based in Athens.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the service department (technical support, after-sales service, warranty handling).
- Management and coordination of a small team of internal technicians.
- Technical expertise on refrigeration and cooking appliances (installation, diagnostics, repairs) and troubleshooting if required.
- Development and implementation of service procedures, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Direct collaboration with sales, operations, and suppliers/manufacturers.
- Handling of high-profile clients and demanding projects, ensuring top-level service delivery.
- Training and technical support of service teams and partners.
