HR Professionals for IKOS ARIA in KOS (IAR/HR018)

With two brand new resorts opening in Corfu 2018 and Kos 2019 and with two top awarded ones in Halkidiki we are looking for talented & energetic professionals.

There has never been a more interesting time to joinIkos Resorts. We’re on a developmental journey and we are now recruiting for:

HR Professionals in all functions and levels for our new Ikos Resort in Kos

The successful candidates will join us as soon as possible and will be initially based in Halkidiki and in Autumn/Winter 2019 will be transferred to Kos.

To succeed in your role, you will need to have:
• Relevant Experience in HR as a generalist or specialist in one or more of the following areas: Payroll/Administration, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in any of the above-mentioned areas.
• Hospitality / Tourism experience/background will be considered as a strong asset
• Creative mind – hands on approach
• Proven resiliency in a very dynamic work environment
• Excellent command of English language
• Bachelor in Tourism or Business preferred.
