The responsibilities of the Senior Procurement Specialist are the following:

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the procurement department
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• Improving and developing the procurement processes
• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms
• Negotiating and managing contracts
• Collaborating with the production and warehouse teams to monitor inventory
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports for management
• Ensuring full compliance with all regulations and internal procedures

The ideal candidate for the position of the Senior Procurement Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• At least 7+ years of procurement experience in heavy industry, preferably in a large industrial setting
• Data-oriented professional adept at leveraging emerging technologies
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
