Reservations Agent - New Concept Mykonos

A well-established hospitality group is currently looking for a Reservations Agent to join our new restaurant & nightlife concept in Mykonos.

This role is essential in delivering a seamless booking experience and exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Handle booking requests, modifications, and cancellations
• Manage payment links and reservation-related transactions
• Coordinate with restaurant and club teams for smooth operations
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the booking process

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English
• Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office (knowledge of SevenRooms will be considered a plus)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
