Key Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Meet recruitment targets by designing and delivering sourcing strategies for niche, high-volume, and hard-to-fill roles
• Utilize advanced tools and technology, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage passive candidates
• Pre-qualify candidates and deliver an excellent candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador from the first point of contact
• Build and maintain engaged talent pools for current and future hiring needs by leveraging your professional network
• Be a data-led storyteller, using market insights and recruitment metrics to influence stakeholders and optimize the search process

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Specialist position should have:

• University degree (a combination of HR and IT/Business studies is a strong advantage)
• Εxperience in tech sourcing or recruitment roles, specifically with proactive headhunting
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and experience working with an ATS (Workday is advantageous)
• Fluency in Greek and English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills
