Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent guest experience
- Ensure all our guests receive a warm welcome, a speedy and professional check-in/out, following COLORS procedures and guidelines
- Be proactive and anticipate guests needs
- Seek customer feedback. Handle customer concerns
- Inform and keep track of housekeeping. Confirm guest rooms are ready
- Manage telephone reservations when necessary
- Perform shift’s assigned tasks
- Be well organized and prepared for peak hours
- Follow cash management procedures
- Establish excellent communication with other COLORS hotels and departments
- Participate in team meetings and prepare requested recurring reports
- Maintain Reception area well organized and clean
- Prepare shift handover
