Responsibilities
- Lead the Bar team and ensure a
smooth guest experience.
- Supervise
and coordinate the day-to-day operations and events of the hotel Bars.
- Provide training and ongoing
support to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
- Develop and manage the bar
budget
- Maximize
the quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the ordering and
management of bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
- Set
weekly and monthly staff schedules
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality will be
considered as an asset.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’
experience in a relevant position in 4* hotel.
- Strong organizational,
time-management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with
the ability to handle complex and/or escalated guest issues and find
creative solutions.
- Team spirit and
customer-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English, additional
languages a plus.
