pastries, breads, and desserts across the resort, contributing to the culinary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare
pastries, cakes, breads, and plated desserts according to recipes.
- Decorate and present desserts with creativity and precision.
- Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for all meal periods.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and manage inventory.
- Follow hygiene and HACCP standards at all times.
- Collaborate with Chefs and service teams for buffet and à la carte needs.
