Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency of all pastry items
- Maintain proper mise en place for daily operations
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock levels
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team for buffet and à la carte service
