Zélia Halkidiki Resort & Spa, a proud member of the Destination by Hyatt collection, is a luxurious adults-only 5-star resort featuring 105 rooms and suites. Overlooking the deep blue of the Aegean Sea and the majestic Mount Olympus, the resort offers elevated gastronomic, wellness, and hospitality experiences in an atmosphere of barefoot luxury.

The Pastry Chef plays an essential role in the preparation and presentation of pastries, breads, and desserts across the resort, contributing to the culinary identity of Zélia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency of all pastry items
  • Maintain proper mise en place for daily operations
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock levels
  • Comply with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team for buffet and à la carte service

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Degree or diploma in Pastry Arts or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
