Reservations Agent

Santorini Secret Hotels, is  currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team. Based in Piraeus

Responsibilities

• Management and prompt handling of reservation requests from guests, travel agencies, or other partner networks via email, telephone, or the central reservation system.
• Excellent knowledge of the hotel product, rate structure, and the Group’s commercial policy.
• Handle and actively increase direct bookings through the hotel’s website, phone, and email channels.
• Apply payments/advance deposits from guest to their accounts.
• Collaboration with the Front Office team to provide personalized guest services and coordinate additional requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment will be considered an asset.
• Good level proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel manager software (WebHotelier).
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, use of AI applications).
• Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an additional asset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
• Initiative-taking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations.
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
