Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a New Business Development Manager, based in Athens, with flexibility for hybrid work. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales presentations, managing client relationships, and generating leads. The successful candidate will also focus on account management, ensuring long-term partnerships and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Sales and delivering impactful Sales Presentations
- Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with IT solutions or software technology is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of IT Services and IT Consulting experience
- 3+ years of Computer and Network Security experience
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development
