As a Banking Customer Agent your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via chats, emails and calls.
  • Providing swift and effective solutions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handling account verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) activities.
  • Guide customers through digital banking platforms and assist with card-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases and provide a holistic service.

The ideal candidate for the Banking Customer Agent role has:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and eBanking platforms is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.
