Alumni Officer

UNIC Health, invites applications for UNIC Athens Campus at Elliniko for the full-time post of Alumni Officer to join its team. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive alumni engagement program
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of alumni events, including reunions, networking events, and lectures.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with alumni donors and volunteers
• Manage and maintain the alumni database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update a bank of alumni success stories
• Develop and deliver communication materials for alumni, such as newsletters and social media content
• Support the alumni association and volunteer leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in alumni relations, development, or a related field
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience in event planning and management
• Experience in social media marketing and communications
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team and on own initiative
• Willing to travel internationally
