The bid management and contract administrator will be responsible for managing the bidding process, preparing proposals, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations for various architectural projects!

The Bids & Contract Administrator will perform the following tasks:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the bid and proposal preparation process.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation quickly.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to meet deadlines.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with stakeholders to align with company policies and objectives.
  • Review and analyze contractual documents and requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of project specifications and terms.
  • Assess contractual risks and propose mitigative strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and proposals, ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Support the project teams by providing contract administration and compliance advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Τhe ideal candidate for the  Bids & Contract Administrator role should have:

  • Engineering Degree Holder (University/Technological Institute/ASPAITE equivalent).
  • Preferred Specialties Civil Engineers.
  • Proven experience in bid management and contract administration in the architecture or construction sector.
  • Excellent use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency in the English language.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A good understanding of the market and commercial transactions, and organizational skills.
