Responsibilities

• Ability to resolve guest complaints or concerns effectively and promptly.
• Maintain professional standards of appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Assist guests with reservations, recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Excellent cooperation with other hotel departments.
• Track online reviews and suggest service improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma in hospitality is preferred.
• Previous experience in guest services.
• Knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism. 
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
