About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the In Room Dining Coordinator creates an effortless and personalized in-room dining experience by coordinating all aspects of service with precision, efficiency, and warmth. The In Room Dining Coordinator reports to the Assistant In Room Dining Manager.

As In Room Dining Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Receive and process guest orders via phone or POS system with accuracy and courtesy
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery
• Monitor tray setup and presentation standards; arrange pickup of trays post-service
• Handle guest requests, dietary needs, and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate billing and update POS records promptly
• Support upselling initiatives and promote special offerings

As In Room Dining Coordinator, we expect from you: 

• Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit
• Valid driving license
• Experience in F&B service. Experience in a similar role will be considered as a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and strong phone etiquette
• Fluency in English
