Key responsibilities:
- Welcome guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
- Guiding the guests and inform them about the room and facilities
- Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner
- Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- Be fully aware of all Leading Standards
Best candidate's profile:
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
- Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
- Pleasant and positive personality, team work spirit
- High communication skills
