In-House Architect – Athens

About the Role
Living Group is a fast-growing real estate development and construction company based in Athens. We are looking for a hands-on In-House Architect to join our team and take ownership of multiple residential and renovation projects.
This is a practical, execution-focused role, not just design — ideal for someone who wants to be involved from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Planning
- Develop architectural designs for new builds, renovations, and conversions
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation
- Ensure full compliance with Greek building codes and regulations
Project Management
- Manage projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Monitor site progress and ensure execution aligns with plans
- Control timelines, budget, and quality
Site & Execution
- Conduct frequent site visits
- Solve on-site design and execution challenges
- Ensure high-quality delivery of finishes and details
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams and management
- Present design solutions and updates
- Collaborate with external partners and authorities
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction or real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of Greek regulations and permitting process
- Experience with AutoCAD (mandatory) – Revit is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in Greek and English
