Health & Safety Supervisor

On behalf of our client, a well-established metal manufacturing company in the area of Chalkida, we are seeking a Health & Safety Supervisor to strengthen its H&S function within a demanding industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal policies
• Act as the Safety Engineer (Technical Safety Officer) for an industrial facility
• Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace risks
• Develop and implement H&S procedures, policies, and preventive measures
• Monitor, analyze, and report key Health & Safety performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare regular H&S reports for management and support data-driven decision-making
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Collaborate closely with management and production teams to promote a strong safety culture

• Engineering degree
• Legal right to sign as Safety Engineer for industrial facilities
• 4–5+ years of experience in Health & Safety within an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in working with H&S metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and best practices
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the H&S function
