Paintshop Coordinator in Drama, Greece (On-Site)

The Paintshop Coordinator assists with the multi-shift day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the product shipments meet the customer’s schedule.  Ensures that company policies and procedures are adhered to within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the operation of the powder coating process for metal objects
• Assists in following operational procedures and contributes suggestions for improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Provides daily coordination and guidance to Paintshop staff and supports their training and development
• Monitors the chemical pre-treatment process and ensures correct handling of materials under supervision
• Assists with handling, preparing, and replenishing solutions (acids and other liquids) according to established procedures
• Performs routine quality checks and assists with final product measurements
• Contributes to capacity and resource planning by providing data and observations to the supervisor
• Ensures work is carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, safety, and information security policies and procedures
• Maintains a high standard of work and supports others in doing the same
  

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• 3–5 years of experience in powder coating of metal objects (metal structures, doors, etc.) or relevant industrial experience
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate tasks and support colleagues
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop within the role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Advanced English knowledge (oral and written)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and EPR Systems (preferably SAP)
• Ability to work on rotating shifts
• This position requires full-time presence at our Drama facilities
