IT Helpdesk Support

Job Description

•Providing end-to-end technical support to internal users

•Managing and resolving incidents through a ticketing system

•Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile device, and Microsoft 365 issues

•Supporting workplace technology including laptops, smartphones, cloud applications, and collaboration tools

•Ensuring timely resolution and follow-up of IT requests and incidents

•Participating in IT support activities during corporate events when required

Candidate’s Profile 

•Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

•Understanding of Windows, Apple devices (macOS/iOS), networking, and mobile technologies

•Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset

•Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-moving environment

•Team spirit and willingness to learn new technologies

•Good communication skills in English

•Flexibility to travel occasionally for business support needs
