Job Description:

As a Maritime Security Operator at Diaplous, you will be responsible for the real-time coordination and monitoring of all security operations, ensuring full compliance with company and client requirements. This is a critical 24/7 role that demands precision and dedication to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Monitoring: Real-time organization and monitoring of security operations in the Gulf of Guinea.
• Global Coordination: Constant communication with clients, client vessels, providers, and Security Escort Vessels (SEVs) for the best monitoring and organization of the operation, in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Data & Intelligence: Synthesize and combine information from various sources to provide a clear operational picture.
• Reporting & Evaluation: Prepare detailed operational reports and evaluations, including keeping a record of specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
• Compliance: Ensure all operational areas and personnel strictly comply with the company's management system, contributing to efficient service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of work methods.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of the SEVs through a dedicated database.

Qualifications:

• Higher University Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Maritime, Security, Sea Studies, or similar).
• Very good command of the English language (written and oral) is mandatory.
• Advanced Computer knowledge.
• Capable of effectively performing 24/7 duties (availability for shift work).
• (Optional) One year of experience in a relevant position.
• (Optional) Knowledge of security and operations aspects.
