Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all restaurant operations (FOH/BOH) to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Supervise shifts, manage inventory needs, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue reports and cost-control initiatives.
• Lead staff training and implement operational protocols for long-term success.

• Bilingual: Professional command of Greek and English.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven understanding of kitchen and floor operations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.

• Full board (3 meals per day).
