Mykonos Earth Suites, an exclusive Adults-Only boutique hotel, is looking for a passionate and skilled Cook B to join our culinary team. We are seeking a professional who takes pride in high-quality food preparation and wishes to contribute to a premium dining experience for our international guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to the Chef’s recipes and hotel standards.
• Support the Chef and Cook A in daily operations (Breakfast, A la Carte, or Snack Menu).
• Organize the station (Mise en Place) efficiently to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients.
• Adhere to hygiene standards and safety protocols (HACCP) at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.

Requirements

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Cook B in 4* or 5* hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Good command of English (Greek language skills are a plus).
• Strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Valid Health Certificate for food handling.
