Cook A

On behalf of our client, a luxury hotel in Rhodes, we are seeking a Cook A to join a dynamic and high-standard kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes according to the hotel’s standards
• Ensure quality and proper presentation of all dishes
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
• Manage raw materials and minimize waste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook A in a hotel or organized kitchen
• Knowledge of Mediterranean and/or international cuisine
• Good understanding of HACCP procedures
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
