Its flagship initiative, the Annual Athens Riviera Summit, is a three-day international economic forum, uniting ministers, CEOs, investors, and decision-makers across the globe.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to Senior Management to support the leadership team in the day-to-day coordination and execution of the Forum’s activities. The role requires strong organizational discipline, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to Senior Management, including calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and engagements with institutional partners, international stakeholders, and private sector representatives
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, background materials, and follow-up communications
- Ensure effective internal coordination across teams, including communications, partnerships, and summit operations
- Support the preparation and execution of the Athens Riviera Summit, including stakeholder coordination and timeline management
- Prepare and monitor key action points and ensure timely follow-through across projects
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
