Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites & Spa, a 5-star boutique hotel in Santorini, is seeking a Barista / Bartender to join our team for the 2026 summer season (April – October).

• Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of high-quality coffee beverages (espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees)
• Preparation of classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and refreshing beverages
• Providing exceptional guest service with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the bar area
• Stock control and handling of daily orders
• Cooperation with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of coffee preparation (latte art will be considered an asset)
• Knowledge of cocktails and basic bartending skills
• Good command of English (additional languages will be considered a plus)
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
