We are currently seeking on behalf of our client, a new company redefining enterprise productivity through autonomous multi-agent systems based in Athens, an AI/ML Python Developer.
The company is building the backbone of the next generation of enterprise productivity: a robust Agentic Workflow Creation Platform. As the second developer, the successful candidate will not just be writing code, but architecting the engine that enables enterprises to deploy autonomous, multi-agent systems at scale. The role offers a direct seat at the table, influencing everything from technology stack decisions to the product roadmap.
The Role
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable backend services in Python to support complex, long-running agentic workflows.
- Agent Orchestration: Leverage frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI to build sophisticated reasoning loops and tool-use capabilities.
- Enterprise Integration: Develop secure connectors for enterprise data sources and third-party APIs.
- Optimization: Fine-tune LLM prompts, implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and manage state/memory in multi-agent environment
- Collaborate: Work directly with the founder/lead dev to iterate rapidly on user feedback and move from prototype to production.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Professional Python Experience: You write clean, idiomatic, and highly maintainable code. You are comfortable with FastAPI, Pydantic, and asynchronous programming.
- Agentic Framework Fluency: Proven experience building with LangChain (or similar frameworks). You understand the difference between a simple chain and a complex agentic loop.
- LLM Intuition: You understand the strengths and limitations of various models (GPT-4, Claude 3.5, Llama 3) and how to handle non-deterministic outputs.
- Infrastructure Mindset: Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and aren't afraid to "wear many hats" to get a feature over the finish line.
Nice to Have
- Experience building "Low-Code/No-Code" workflow builders.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Knowledge of graph databases or complex state machines.
Benefits:
- Impact: You are developer #2. Your fingerprints will be on every part of the product.
- Focus: We aren't just "using AI"—we are building the infrastructure that makes it useful for the world’s biggest companies.
- Competitive salary
