As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Micro Analyst to join our company.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of nutrients for microbiological analysis
- Perform microbiological analysis on raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk and final products
- Perform tests of effectiveness of preservatives on products being developed
- Running test samples for In-Process, Lot Release and Stability studies
- Basic problem solving of methods troubleshooting of equipment
- Recognize aberrant test and sample conditions and report to them to the area supervisor / manager with an assessment of the circumstances and potential corrective action if appropriate
- Operation of a biohazard trash autoclave
- Perform daily checks on equipment and stock the lab daily
- Ensure the procedures of Unified Quality Assurance System which he is concerned with and is under supervision for them by the Quality Assurance Department
