Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage claims received from vessels and clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution, while supporting our quality processes and ISO 9001 requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming claims from vessels and clients (pricing, quantities, quality issues)
- Investigate and respond to claims within 24–48 hours
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for urgent replacements when required
- Maintain clear communication with clients in English (written & verbal)
- Follow up on client evaluation reports and feedback
- Support ISO 9001 procedures and maintain relevant records
- Prepare basic reports and statistics related to claims and performance
