Our Resort & SPA is the jewel of Cyprus Mountain Tourism. A unique resort located in Kalopanagiotis, 700 metres above sea level, in the western foothills of the Troodos Mountains and consists of 43 luxurious guestrooms and suites, 2 restaurants, breakfast rooms, 2 cafes, meeting rooms, a Spa, Conference Rooms, Library & Tasting centre. It operates throughout the year and offers employment to people who practice hospitality as a way of life.

Rooms Division Manager Vacancy

The primary responsibility of the Rooms Division Manager is to successfully oversee the organization, staff and quality of operations in the Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance Department. Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the performance of the departments. Ensures that the standards and procedures of the hotel are being followed and the brand properly promoted. Helps define and implement the hotel’s strategy for success and to exceed the property’s goals.

Main Areas of Responsibility

- Management of Rooms Operations

- Team Management & Engagement

- Budget & Administration

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a diverse cross section of Hotel Department Operations, specifically Front Office Management

- Recognized Management Skills

- Computer Literate (Windows Environment), PMS, TARS and with an interest and aptitude for Learning New Technologies

- Excellent Management, Communication, Diplomacy and Interpersonal Skills

- Ability to analyze and anticipate

- Able to cope with difficult situations under pressure

- Good general understanding of the hospitality field and the management of a hotel
