About the Role

At Kinsen Hellas, a 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸® 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱™ company, we are always looking for passionate people to join our team. Currently, we’re hiring a structured Finance Team to support our Accounting & Treasury team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Participate in regular tax and assurance audits
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
• Track the progress of accounting objectives
• Establish accounting policies and procedures aligned with the company’s targets
• Ensure compliance with the law
• Reconcile tax accounts and ensure proper documentation and audit trail.
• Liaise with external tax advisors, auditors, and public authorities when required
• Support tax audits and provide necessary documentation and analysis.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to tax reporting.
• Identify potential tax risks and recommend improvements to processes and controls.

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Proven work experience as an  Accountant (min 5 years)
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, law, and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team management skills
• Ability to prioritize work
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
