Waiter/Waitress
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Key Responsibilities:
● Preserve excellent levels of customer service; respond to all guest requests / complaints
● Take and fulfill orders (beverages, drinks, cocktails)
● Collaborate with the bar team to ensure the smooth operation of the bar
● Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workstation
● Preserve excellent levels of customer service
● Ensure at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
● Informing customers about the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences
Qualifications / Personal characteristics:
● 1–2 years of prior experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel
● Excellent knowledge of English
● Strong communication and presentation abilities
● Teamwork oriented, pleasant personality with enviable customer service skills
● Degree / Diploma in Hospitality would be an asset
● Good experience with cash register and ordering information system (Micros, POS)
