At Caramondani Group, we believe that people are at the heart of everything we do. As our activities continue to grow in Greece, we are looking for a motivated HR Officer / HR Generalist to support our team in Athens and work closely with the Group HR function.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who has already gained some experience and is ready to expand their exposure across multiple HR areas, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and people development.
Working in cooperation with our HR Manager, the successful candidate will help ensure that HR processes run smoothly while contributing to a positive and professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & People Support
- In cooperation with the Group HR
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and communication with candidates.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and updating organizational documentation.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Support the implementation of performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities that promote a positive work environment.
- Help coordinate training and development activities when required.
HR Compliance, Administration & Governance
- Ensure HR documentation and employment records are maintained in line with company policies and local labour regulations.
- Support the preparation and administration of employment contracts and HR correspondence.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with labour legislation and internal policies.
- Support ESG and CSR-related initiatives from an HR perspective when required.
- Assist with administrative coordination tasks.
- Support the coordination of corporate clothing and maintain related records.
- Assist in fleet-related administrative matters.
- Provide general administrative and HR support to management and the Group HR function.
- Handle HR information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
