Περιγραφή

ICR IOANNOU SA, a company with an international clientele in the packaging industry is looking for a French Speaking Export Sales Manager to become a part of our sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage existing accounts 
  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services 
  • Prepare and submit commercial offers, negotiate and close contracts with customers 
  • Work closely with the production, logistics and accounting department to ensure that all customers continue to be satisfied with a high standard of customer service. 
  • Ensure that customer’s requirements, expectations and complaints are properly communicated to the appropriate teams and follow-up on their satisfactory resolution. 
  • Achieve annual team budget, sales targets and individual KPI’s

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Fluent or native French speaker; fluent in English 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales – preferably in B2B
  • Experience in account management preferred 
  • A team player must be able to work hand-in-hand with other departments 
  • Good oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to build successful relationships with clients and colleagues 
  • Well-organized and excellent time management skills 
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
