Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Officer at PANDAIR SA located in Athens International Airport. The Operations Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient airline supervision and representation services, handling passenger operations, overseeing flight operations, arranging parking and slots for GA/BA flights at all Greek airports. Additionally, will be involved in surface transportation management, hotel booking, catering and fuel arrangements.
As an Operations Officer must establish strong professional relationships with customers through exceptional service with effective and timely communication. Identify and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. Work closely with Authorities and suppliers, maintaining operational excellence and uphold PANDAIR’s quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Team collaboration and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work in rotation basis
- A valid driving license is required
