RESTAURANT HOSTESS (SRH017)

Sani S.A., a Complex of 5* hotels & a Private Marina in Chalkidiki, is seeking to recruit professionals for 2017 summer season at the position of RESTAURANT HOSTESS (SRH017)

Job Description
To handle table reservations, welcome and control the flow of guests, seat them and perform hostess duties according to the hotel standards.

Main Responsibilities
• To provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
• To answer all telephone calls and inquiries, take table reservations, present the menu and have an overall knowledge of all food and beverage items
• To assist in taking orders, handle all guest complaints and inquiries and monitor guest satisfaction at all times

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude
• Team player, passionate and focused on providing high quality results
• Self-motivated, multitasking and proactive. Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably Russian, French or German) and hospitality education would be considered as extra assets
• Customer service or restaurant experience
