We are seeking an experienced RES Development Engineer to manage the full project cycle, from Green Field concept through to Ready-to-Build status!
As a RES Development Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Project Initiation and Acquisition, prospecting for new solar/wind projects, including site identification, securing land rights, and pursuing greenfield M&A opportunities.
- Manage the complete licensing process, ensuring compliance with Greek environmental policy
- Conduct Feasibility and Design, analyzing and designing innovative RES projects, performing site assessments and feasibility studies, and developing technical specifications.
- Design system layouts and estimate performance using specialized computing and design tools (such as CAD, PV Case/PV Design, and GIS software).
- Estimate costs, budgets, analyze Return on Investment (ROI), and identify financing tools for innovative projects.
- Monitor tasks, identify project risks, and provide comprehensive reporting to management.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (licensing, procurement, construction, O&M) to promote development and monitor relevant legislation.
