About the role:
The Waiter / Waitress A & B ensures that all guests are served according to Empiria Group Standards in the Restaurant / Bar / Lounge areas. The highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas.
Requirements
Key accountabilities:
- Demonstrating a pleasant and positive professional image at all times to both guests and the rest of the team
- Greeting guests and presenting them with the menu
- Maintaining a clean and neat workplace
- Ensuring that all guest needs are met, asking for feedback, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction
- Showing excellent knowledge and understanding of all restaurant menus, promotions, and special offers
- Upselling food, beverages, and drinks
Skills & expertise:
- Working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
- Degree / Diploma in tourism or in a relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of English language, written and spoken in a professional manner
- A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
- Computer literacy
