Cretan Holidays S.A., one of Greece’s leading and most innovative Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and a member of K. Badouvas Group, a Greek group with more than five decades of experience in tourism and hospitality, is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join its team as an Operations Officer at its branch office in Kos for the 2027 season.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and manage transfer and excursion services, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.
• Support Representatives in excursion sales and identify new excursion opportunities to enhance the company’s product offering.
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers, building and developing strong, professional relationships to ensure high-quality services.
• Monitor operational activities and ensure the efficient delivery of services in line with the company’s quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and service quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably within the tourism or travel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French will be considered an asset.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving licence
• Residence in Kos.
