Join our international team as a
Head Waiter.Head Waiter responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests to the venue
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
- Inform guests about the day’s specials
- Checks all setups, delegates servers to organize the side station before and after the operation of each shift as per side station set up standard and clears tables and plates, glassware, etc.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
- Prepares the bills, processes cash and credit card payments
Qualifications:- Proven work experience as a Head Waiter in upscale, high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
