SOLEIL HOSPITALITY GROUP is looking to employee Sous Chef

Tasks:

  • Caring for raw materials
  • Control of products for their quality
  • Head Chef briefed on raw material shortages
  • Execution of instructions by the Head Chef
  • Collaborate with all kitchen members
  • Carrying out preparations according to the manner indicated
  • Keeping the space clean
  • Preparation of hot and cold dishes
  • Placing orders
  • Ensure proper storage of all food and other items
  • Compliance with dietary guidelines and hygiene rules
  • Performing other kitchen tasks, if assigned

Skills, Knowledge, and Personality Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
  • Dexterity and ability to handle cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
