Tasks:
Caring for raw materials
Control of products for their quality
Head Chef briefed on raw material shortages
Execution of instructions by the Head Chef
Collaborate with all kitchen members
Carrying out preparations according to the manner
indicated
Keeping the space clean
Preparation of hot and cold dishes
Placing orders
Ensure proper storage of all food and
other items
Compliance with dietary guidelines and
hygiene rules
Performing other kitchen tasks, if
assigned
Skills, Knowledge, and Personality Characteristics:
Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
Dexterity and ability to handle cutting tools and
kitchen utensils.
