CORE Construction Group is an international construction company specialized in fit-out and interior construction projects, delivering retail and commercial developments across multiple countries.
Due to our ongoing growth, we are currently looking for a Site Engineer to take on overall site supervision for international fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall supervision of the construction site (Civil & MEP works)
- Daily coordination of subcontractors and site teams across all disciplines
- Monitoring project progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications
- Supervision of civil works, including: partitions, drywall systems, flooring, finishes, painting, and metal works
- Supervision of MEP works, including: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Review and coordination of shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals
- Participation in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Preparation of site reports and project documentation
- Direct reporting to the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Proven site experience, preferably in fit-out or retail projects
- Willingness to work abroad for extended periods
- Very good command of English
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, site-oriented mindset
- MS Office required (AutoCAD)
