Our client, leader distributor in cosmetics products in Greece, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join a dynamic sales team.

You will have the ability to grow the direct customers with brand launches, events, training and sales planning.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing customer accounts and achieving all sales, marketing and distribution goals/quotas

• Develop productive business relationships with all customers; must be able to uncover and understand customers’ needs while providing responsive customer service at all times

• Responsible for growing market share in designated accounts and reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

• Responsible for providing accurate and timely communication to management of sales and market related issues affecting successful performance

• Responsible for keeping current on all training initiatives, product knowledge and sales training



Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What You’ll Need To Succeed:


• A minimum of 2 years of sales or/and marketing experience

• Proven record of sales drive, sales initiative, and sales ambition; aggressiveness. 

• Very good verbal and interpersonal communication skills, customer service skills, and negotiating abilities.

• Microsoft Office Proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Value integrity, personal responsibility and possess a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit.

• Passion for winning.

• Orientation to Action.

• University degree in Business Administration will be an asset
