We are currently recruiting for their brand new All-Villa Resort situated in the picturesque Kea Island.

What to expect:
All UWORC Ambassadors are entitled complimentary mental health sessions every month in collaboration with our mental health counselor “Thriving Soul”
  • Maximum of 8 & 1/2 working hours per day including 30 min break

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled A la carte Waiter to join a dynamic team at the luxurious All-Villa Resort in Kea Island. As an A la carte Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment throughout their stay.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver exemplary service to guests by providing attentive and personalized assistance throughout their dining experience
  • Menu Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary accommodations, to make informed recommendations and address guest inquiries
  • Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring precision and attention to detail to fulfill their preferences
  • Timing and Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining a seamless flow of service
  • Upselling: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote additional menu items, beverages, or special promotions, enhancing the overall guest experience
  • Table Maintenance: Set up and maintain restaurant tables according to established standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal
  • Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members and departmental staff to uphold service standards and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional development, actively participating in training programs and skill enhancement initiatives

  • Previous experience as a waiter or server in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including wine and cocktail service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting the brand's standards of sophistication and elegance
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the resort operation
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one
