Περιγραφή

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager primarily based in Athens, with some visits to Mykonos.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.

The role also includes overseeing sales performance metrics, nurturing partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective collaboration and innovative sales tactics. Managing the sales team and ensuring alignment with business objectives is a key focus of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong relationship-building, client management, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Team leadership, performance management, and motivational skills
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools, with excellent organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of the hospitality sector, preferably within luxury or high-end establishments
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and additional language skills are a strong advantage
