Skillfully designed apartments, in neighborhoods thoughtfully selected ready to move in. Whether a stay is for a day, two months or a year, every UPSTREET apartment is carefully selected and prepared to provide a seamless living experience to every guest.

We are looking for a Guest Relations Associate to join our operations team. UPSTREET operations is a logistics challenge, involving properties across the city, teams, and a continuously changing environment of a promising startup.

As a Guest Relations Associate you will:

  • Be responsible for flawlessly manage bookings, guests communication, and build a relationship with our guests,
  • Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and other service teams to ensure homes are properly prepared between stays and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, acting as the communication link to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Solving real-time guest issues, handling concerns efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to day-to-day guest requests and coordinate day-to-day hospitality tasks,
  • Publish new listings online and manage online content on external and internal websites,
  • Monitor guest reviews and feedback to help improve our service and overall guest experience
  • Oversee billing processes and support guests with payment-related matters

As an Guest Relations Associate, you will be always ready to jump into action when needed. In this respect, we are looking for fast-thinking, problem-solving communicators to excel our guest experience.

Essentials are:

  • Strong organization & multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp attention to detail for seamless guest experiences.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure with a proactive mindset.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfort using digital tools and property management systems

Requirements

  • Recently graduated from university,
  • Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer support, or operations is considered a plus.
  • Confidence in handling guest concerns and finding practical solutions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment with changing priorities
  • Technology savvy,
  • Fluent written and spoken English, the knowledge of more languages will be an advantage
  • Applicants must be flexible with working hours. We’re a 365 - 24/7 business, so you’ll need to work some weekends and bank holidays.
  • You will be based at our offices in either Chalandri or the Athens city center.
